Luhnow and Hinch got year-long bans by MLB whereas Houston have been fined $5million and have been compelled to forfeit their first and second-round picks within the 2020 and 2021 drafts.
In a press release, MLB commissioner Rob Manfred mentioned the Astros have been warned concerning the league’s insurance policies on signal stealing in September 2017 and “took no motion” to conform with these throughout their run to a maiden World Collection title later that season.
